One of the senior members of the Cullen Studios puppet stable, Bernstein's main claim to fame is the role of the Doctor in many of the Keith & Bobo episodes. While seeing to the health of the puppets, Berstein has a crusty demeanor with a passion for booze, women and overbilling his patients.
